Dear Residents,
Out of an abundance of caution while we are in the midst of the COVID pandemic with strict adherence to the Governor’s guidelines and restrictions, the HOA has decided to NOT SUPPORT Halloween Festivities on Red Arrow and throughout the community for 2020 – this means Red Arrow will not be closed down and the HOA will NOT SUPPORT large crowds on the streets. 
Please be advised that neighbors having parties will need to restrict their event to their property and conformance to the Governor’s guidelines and restrictions will be their responsibility. Additionally, you will need to adhere to the Party Policy and provide Security with your guest list PRIOR to the event. 
Extra Security will be in place throughout the community at all access points as well as providing extra patrolling. 
We hope the community will support this difficult decision during these unprecedented times. We look forward to resuming festivities next year.
